Welcome to
The Faith Place
We are so glad you chose to worship with us! The Faith Place is a Bible-believing and teaching church that warmly embraces everyone who walks through our doors.
As you worship with us today, feel free to join in singing and praising God. We know that through faith in Him, lives are changed. Join us for any of our services—our main worship service is every Sunday, and we offer Practical Life Classes every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
About Us
The Faith Place (TFP) is a Christ-centered, family-oriented church that emphasizes the Word of God. We believe we are a church for everyone. Our mission is to spread the gospel and God’s love through Bible-based messages, helping you grow in a community of love and joy.
No matter your cultural background, economic status, or zip code, you will find our diversity and love for one another sets us apart. We want you to feel welcomed and at home as soon as you walk through our doors. Guided by God’s Word and Spirit, we strive to strengthen families through the study and application of Scripture.
By God’s grace, we hope to become your spiritual home. We pray that your home reflects God’s promises, and we speak life into your homes, ministries, and missions.
Our History
In 2006, Faith, Hope and Love Family Worship Center Church (FHL) was established by Pastors Ricky and Tria Hunt. After relocating, Harold E. Rayford became Pastor. In 2011, the church outgrew its original space and moved to an 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse, later renamed The Faith Place in 2013.
In October 2019, District Elder James Hawkins was appointed Senior Pastor. Pastor Hawkins has decades of ministry experience, starting in Toledo, Ohio in 1996, and has served in grassroots ministry, launching nonprofits, and leading churches across multiple states.
Today, The Faith Place is a growing community church where faith “works.” We dream big, serve a big God, and believe our future is bright.
